Brothers I'm asking for your vote for Senior Province Vice Polemarch (SPVP), because I want to foster the best member experience for all Brothers that live, visit, and serve the Western Province. My vision for the SPVP role is to focus on building internal and external relationships, member growth and operational excellence. I believe we can achieve this through increasing connectivity to our chapters, and developing and deploying a comprehensive reclamation campaign, complete with goals and resources. Additionally, I will work collaboratively with all province committee chairs to set strategy and goals for all our province committees (where applicable). Finally, my vision includes working collaboratively on a actionable plan to develop, mentor, support, and ultimately grow our undergraduate chapters, and our undergrad footprint in the Western Province. All of the above would fold into a 3-5 year plan for the province.
