Deployed access to Zelle & Cashapp for electronic membership transactions- to avoid PayPal fees to chapters and brothers, respectively.
Closed dues gap between Local Chapters and Province from 85% to 92% in '21-'22 year- by adding more rigor to our dues tracking process.
Prepared and filed taxes for Fraternal Year Ending in '20, '21, all which were accepted by IRS.

Allowed the Province to get a competitive rate for QuickBooks Online Advanced electronic bookkeeping.

Partnered with Kappoarg.com and provided user insights and direction to enhance chapter roster management functionality- allowing for an increase in reporting accuracy to the Province and IHQ, from our local chapters. This work resulted in the following:
Ability to add non Kappaorg account brothers to a chapter roster in Kappaorg.
A digital dashboard that counts the number of brothers in a chapter, and how many of those brothers that have paid at each level of the fraternity.
The ability for all brothers to see their own fianancial status and the financial status of every bother at every level of the fraternity in Kappaorg.com.
Created a Province officer only view, that shows every chapter's member count and size category based on dues paid on all 3 levels from that chapter.
Senior Advisor to the Grand Keeper of Records & Exchequer (GKORE):
Accomplishments 2020-Present
Project Managed and provided thought leadership and strategy to the Bi-furcation Task Force. This effort help propose language and rationale to split the office of the Grand Keeper of Records and Exchequer for the Fraternity. This was successfully passed at the 85th Grand Chapter Meeting and the newly established office of the Grand Keeper of Records will be elected at the 86th Grand Chapter Meeting.
Project Managed and provided thought leadership and strategy to the Social Media Task Force effort, resulting in a revamped instructional guide to approaching Social Media in our Fraternity.
Project Managed and provided thought leadership and strategy to the Form 990 (IRS Form) Task Force. This established resources and a decision tree designed to help chapters across the fraternity better understand the IRS Form 990 chapter filing requirement and its process.
Co -created with the GKORE executive team the Centralized Financial Reporting System & Information Systems (CFRIS) initiative. This initiative is designed to move the work of all fraternity exchequers into an electronic bookkeeping system called QuickBooks Online. Additionally, the initiative also includes helping all chapters meet its required fianancial reporting obligation to IHQ, by automating and streamlining that fianancial information into a Standardized Chart of Accounts for IHQ.
Co-created with the GKORE executive team the CFRIS presentation and successfully proposed the initiative to the Grand Executive Team, which was approved by that body to be sent to the Grand Board. We then made the proposal to the the Grand Board of Directors which received a unanimous vote of approval from the Grand Board, in February 2023.
Co-created with the GKORE executive team a standard agreement for contracting suppliers to perform services for our fraternity, which was reviewed and adopted by our General Counsel.
Successfully vetted 3 Suppliers and got approval to use a Black Owned Business to support the rollout and implementation of the CFRIS Initiative.
Successfully served on Implementation team of the CFRIS initiative supporting all 12 provinces with onboarding and presently have achieved a 70% adoption rate fraternity wide. We expect to see the fraternity 100% complainant by May 2024
